Urgently needed are non-perishable food items where preparation is not necessary on the stove top, i.e., peanut butter and jelly, canned meats and seafood, condiments, canned fruits and juices, drink mixes, powdered milk and cold cereal. Revered Kathleen Williams has declared the first Sunday of every month as Food Pantry Sunday. Please check your cupboards and share some of God's gifts with the citizens of Cleveland.
A Blood Pressure and Health Awareness Clinic will be offered every second and fourth Sunday of every month. Qualified members of EMCC who are in the medical technology field will be performing this service free of charge to members and non-members immediately following the 10:45 a.m. morning service. A variety of topics are planned, such as AIDS awareness and cholesterol screening.
